FLWMEDIA is a media team—not an agency—built with the goal of helping creators grow at accessible prices while giving back to the community. Our approach is simple: when creators succeed and our community is rewarded, we all win together.

We’re a team of three video editors who’ve been creating in the same space for years. Together, we decided to build a community that rewards both creators and editors, making sure everyone benefits from the work we do.

Benefits:

We believe in full transparency. You’ll always know how much revenue your contributions help generate, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way as projects progress.

Our system is built on tiered rewards that grow with your contributions. The more you put in, the more you earn—consistently and reliably. These rewards aren’t just promises; they’re proven and delivered, making participation both motivating and worthwhile.

As an editor, you receive the biggest cut—because your work is at the core of what we do. Our system ensures you get a fair share of every project you contribute to, reflecting the true value of your craft.

Referral:

For every creator you refer who signs with us, you’ll receive a share of the monthly revenue generated from that partnership. The exact amount is flexible and can be negotiated, ensuring a fair reward for your contribution.

Similar to referring creators. When you refer an editor to us, we give you a portion of the generated revenue.

Services:

With every video we edit, you’ll also receive a free short highlighting the best moments—perfect for sharing on platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok.

We begin editing as soon as your video is delivered to us, and we commit to returning the final product as quickly as possible. Turnaround times may vary depending on the length and complexity of the video, but we always set clear expectations upfront.

If there’s any part of your video you’d like adjusted, we’ll make the changes free of charge—no extra fees, just edits until you’re satisfied.

Rewards:

Refer an editor or a creator, and when we complete the first video together, you’ll earn a special welcome bonus—up to $500.

Based on how long you’ve been collaborating with us, we will give you additional bonuses. We will be counting how many creators you referred to us, and how much revenue you helped us generate. Your share will also increase based on the elapsed collaboration time.
